Adi Peery Earns Certified Shopping Center Manager Designation

National Asset Services, one of the Nation’s leading commercial real estate companies, today announced that Adi Peery, Senior Portfolio Manager has successfully acquired the prestigious Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation awarded by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Candidates for the CSM certification, which is recognized globally throughout the shopping center industry must have several years of proven shopping center management experience and have mastered a comprehensive body of industry knowledge. The formal designation is achieved by the passage of a rigorous examination process that tests a professional’s expertise in a broad range of management areas including; maintenance, leasing negotiations or administration, retailing, merchandising, marketing or promotion, community relations, financing, purchasing insurance, security and legal functions.

Ms. Peery, who has over 23 years of commercial real estate management experience, is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of almost 3 million square feet of commercial property that includes shopping center, office and student housing properties.
Adi earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego and a Master’s degree in Communication Management from the University of Southern California, the Annenberg School. A licensed real estate salesperson in California and she is actively involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Building Owner’s and Management Association (BOMA)
