Adi Peery Named Vice President Portfolio Management
National Asset Services (NAS), one of the Country’s leading commercial real estate companies, has awarded the title of Vice President Portfolio Management to Adi Peery, CSM.
Ms. Peery has served as Senior Portfolio Manager since joining NAS in 2009. She has over 25 years of experience in asset and property management of commercial real estate. In addition to her background in commercial property management, she has extensive experience in leasing and tenant relations, and has overseen property rehabilitations in excess of $1 Million.
Adi Peery, Vice President Portfolio Management Has Spent Over 10 Years Within the TIC Arena
As a senior executive, Adi has been involved in corporate level committees to set and implement core competency strategies to increase profitability, and credited with designing proprietary procedures to enhance property operational efficiency. She has spent over 10 years within the tenant-in-common (TIC) arena and has networked to a broad range of brokers in the TIC sales and transactions forums.
Ms. Peery is responsible for investor communications and asset management of an extremely diverse range of NAS properties that include retail, multifamily, office, industrial flex and student housing located in eight states across the Country.

Ms. Peery has an undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego and a post-graduate Master of Arts degree in Communication Management from the University of Southern California, the Annenberg School. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of California and has a Certified Shopping Center Management (CSM) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers
She is extremely active in community fundraising and philanthropic efforts that includes organizing a semi-annual charity drive to contribute to her local Los Angeles domestic violence victims and women’s shelter.
