Karen E. Kennedy Recognized with Leadership Award
Los Angeles, CA—Karen E. Kennedy, Founder and President of National Asset Services, was the recipient of the Outstanding Women’s Leadership Award presented at the Global Women’s Summit held recently in Los Angeles. Ms. Kennedy was recognized for her outstanding achievements that have impacted women’s lives through leadership, mentoring and inspiring other women to succeed. The award was presented at a ceremony during a two day conference attended by women and leaders from around the World.
Ms. Kennedy founded National Asset Services, a nationwide commercial real estate management company specializing in an unbiased management approach to property value enhancement for property ownership, in 2008. The company has grown to be manager of over 90 commercial properties valued at over $2 Billion in a wide range of asset classes including: Office, multifamily, retail, student housing, assisted living and industrial flex.
