Medical Office Properties Added to the NAS Management Portfolio
NAS has been chosen as the commercial property management company responsible for three new medical office properties on behalf of KB Exchange Trust, a commercial real estate investment firm headquartered in Las Vegas, NV.
Fresenius Medical Care, one of the World’s largest integrated provider of products and services for individuals undergoing dialysis due to chronic kidney failure is the sole operator at all three properties.
The addition of the three new medical office properties expands an already nationwide commercial property management portfolio of Class-A real estate, including medical office properties, eight of which are Fresenius Medical Care facilities in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Virginia and Wisconsin.

The three newly built medical office properties are located in Farmville, Virginia, Albany, Georgia and Sharpsburg, Georgia. The properties comprise a combined total of 24,971 square feet and each is located in close proximity to a regional medical center.
