NAS Named Asset and Property Manager of Garver National Headquarters Campus
National Asset Services (NAS), one of the Country’s leading commercial real estate companies has been named the asset and property management company for the Garver national headquarters campus complex in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
Recently acquired by NAS Investment Solutions, the Garver Campus consists of two office buildings totaling 47,627 square feet on one 6.38-acre parcel. The Garver office building is three stories totaling 39,512 SF and a second one-story building is dedicated to an 8,115 SF employee fitness center and bicycle storage.
The complex is a Class-A, LEED Silver Certified Property and is near the I-430, I-630 and I-40 corridors, which is of significant appeal to users and visitors to the Northshore development area.
Located approximately 12 miles northwest of downtown Little Rock, the property’s tenant, Garver, is a national, multi-disciplined engineering, architectural, and environmental services firm. Founded in 1919, Garver is an employee-owned, award-winning company with more than 800 employees located in 34 offices in 13 states. The North Little Rock location serves as Garver’s national headquarters.
