NAS Named Property Manager for San Bernardino Office Buildings

National Asset Services Named Property Management Company for Two More Tri-City Corporate Centre Properties

NAS has expanded their nationwide management portfolio with the addition of two more office properties in the Tri-City Corporate Centre in San Bernardino, CA. 

NAS assumed asset and property management of Three Parkside and Brier Corporate Centre office buildings, located within the Tri-City Corporate Centre, in San Bernardino. Tri-City is a master planned, mixed-use business park spanning 153 acres, comprised of 17-buildings. The office park is conveniently located adjacent to the I-10 and I-215 Freeways and features amenities that include restaurants, retail, health club and child care.

Built in 2008, Three Parkside is a 2-story, 30,322 square-foot office building that features a dramatic lobby with ceramic tile flooring with granite accents.  Three Parkside’s primary tenants are Regus, a nationwide, full-service provider of temporary office space and the State of California, Department of Motor Vehicles (Inspector Office).

The addition of Three Parkside and Brier Corporate Centre brings the total number of NAS-managed properties at the Tri-City Corporate Centre to four, joining the 118,092 square foot Lakeside Tower and the 31,860 square foot One Hospitality Building.

Brier Corporate Centre is a 105,327 square foot, three-story office building.  Completed in 2006, the property consists of such major tenants as the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians and Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation.

The addition of Three Parkside and Brier Corporate Centre brings the total number of NAS-managed properties at the Tri-City Corporate Centre to four, joining the 118,092 square foot Lakeside Tower and the 31,860 square foot One Hospitality Building.

The added locations expand NAS’ office property management portfolio to 49 properties, while the total nationwide management portfolio expands to over 90 properties, comprised of over 10.4 million square feet of commercial real estate.
