Ohio Multifamily Property Added to Nationwide Portfolio

National Asset Services, (NAS) a leading commercial real estate management company, has expanded its nationwide property management portfolio with the addition of an Ohio multifamily community near Columbus, Ohio.

NAS has assumed asset management of The Preserve at Winchester Crossing in Groveport, Ohio, on behalf of KB Exchange Trust, a commercial real estate investment firm headquartered in Las Vegas, NV.  The property is located eight miles southeast of Columbus near the intersection of Interstate 270 and U.S. Hwy 33 on Winchester Pike.

Situated on 21.69 acres, the newly constructed complex is a uniquely designed multifamily property consisting of 189, two bedroom townhomes grouped in clusters on both sides of a residential street, creating a suburban neighborhood environment.  Originally developed in 2005 with 31 condominium units, the development was expanded in 2016 to include an additional 158 apartment units.
